intensive outpatient programs for adults

be Collaborative Care’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a supportive, mixed-gender recovery environment designed for adults aged 18 and older dealing with anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, compulsive overexercise, and ARFID.

About Our Program

Our Morning and Evening IOPs meet five days a week, providing breakfast or dinner meal support and daily group therapy sessions. Each group focuses on key aspects of recovery, including building healthy coping skills, fostering self-acceptance and body positivity, and discovering and strengthening your inner voice. Our aim is to equip you with a recovery toolbox filled with practical and meaningful resources to help you build a solid foundation for long-term well-being.

How IOP Can Help

This program is ideal for individuals transitioning from a higher level of care who need continued structure and support or for those who find weekly outpatient sessions aren’t sufficient to meet their needs. If you are struggling with an intense preoccupation with food, weight, or exercise that impacts your daily life, or if you often feel overwhelmed by feelings of guilt, shame, or anxiety related to eating, this program may be a good fit for you. If you’re feeling isolated in your recovery journey and would benefit from a community where you can connect with others facing similar challenges, this program provides the structured, compassionate support you need to move forward.
